Advent is Here, What Are We Waiting For?

Thanksgiving is fast approaching, and shortly after that, Advent arrives! Advent, a time of preparing our hearts and minds to welcome the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, is a time when we are called to remember, to pray, and to reflect.

In an otherwise busy season, I encourage you all to join us for worship on Sunday mornings at 10:00 am as well as on Tuesday, Dec. 24 at 5:00 pm for our Lessons and Carols style Candlelight service.

Lastly, please plan to remain at church following worship this Sunday, Dec. 1 for the annual hanging of the greens. Many hands makes the work go much faster!
